Deliveries

Delivery Fees

We deliver to Europe, French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), and internationally. Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. These fees will be clearly indicated before the final order confirmation. For deliveries outside Europe, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country. Customers are advised to inquire about local customs policies to avoid surprises.

Delivery Times

The standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the time the carrier takes charge of the package. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The standard delivery time is determined by the selected carrier and may vary depending on their policy and efficiency. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, the times indicated in business days are only approximations and may be subject to variations due to unforeseen circumstances.
For pre-order items, standard delivery times do not apply. Customers will be informed of the estimated specific delivery times for their pre-order as soon as this information is available.

Carrier Responsibility

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment rests with the carrier. We undertake to select reliable carriers, but in the event of delays, damage or loss during transit, responsibility lies with the carrier. However, we will assist customers in resolving such problems wherever possible.

Exchanges

You have the option to exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The product must be in its original, unused condition. Please contact us at support@therapybydan.fr to initiate the exchange process.

Returns

In accordance with French law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you.
To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@therapybydan.fr to inform us of your intention to return the product.
  2. Return the product in its original, unused condition to the address provided: 71 Étienne Dolet 94140 Alfortville.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund using the original payment method.

Return Fees

Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

Customer Responsibility for Package Retrieval and Non-Refund Policy:

  1. Retrieval Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package within the time limits indicated at the selected delivery or pickup point. The customer is required to track the delivery status and ensure timely package retrieval.
  2. Delivery Notifications: The customer will receive notifications indicating that the package is ready for pickup. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to these notifications and take the necessary steps to retrieve the package.
  3. Retrieval Period: The customer has a specified period (generally 10 business days) to retrieve their package. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.
  4. Consequences of Non-Retrieval: In case of non-retrieval of the package within the deadlines, return and processing fees will be borne by the customer. Furthermore, if the package is returned to the sender, no refund will be issued if the product is damaged or if additional fees are incurred.
  5. Damaged Products upon Return: If a returned product is received in a damaged state, it will be considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The customer assumes responsibility for damages incurred during the return process.

Applicable Law

This contract is subject to French law. French law is applicable without regard to conflicts of laws that would lead to the application of another legislation.
